So I was out riding on the weekend on a rough sand track and could only run race pace for about 10 minutes max then got real bad arm pump and couldnt hang on very well, not too bad for not riding for over 2 years until Jan this year.
By 2pm i was the only one left riding so i pulled off my goggles and done a moto without them, i could instantly tell my breathing was much better and i ran race pace for the whole 20 minutes.
Now im thinking i should look into running a different helmet and goggle set up for maximum air flow, thoughts? Im currently using a shoei vfs and 100% goggles

LS2 Subverter has the most ventilation and is the most technologically advanced helmet on the market for protection. There is only 3 or 4 helmet manufacturers in the world and all brands, high and low end helmets, are simply built to a brand specifications at one of those facilities. LS2 is certainly one of those brands... however, they are also one of the 4 manufacturers allowing them to keep their costs much lower than the competitors.
Needless to say... you get a high end helmet for a mid level helmet pricing. My son had a direct hit, high velocity blow to the side of the helmet and was not concussed. I was shocked as hard as he hit that he didn’t receive the slightest headache let alone a concussion. Awesome product!

The Leatt helmet is the real deal when it comes to ventilation
