Man, i got me some good memories from Mount Morris. Back in 99 was my first full year on the Pro Series, Greg Albertyn went 1 + 1 on the day and won the Championship.

I was working for Bob Moore out if the FMF rig...Greg and Ian Harrison came looking for me and presented me with one of his moto jerseys, this all took place under the FMF pits.

I grew up a little ahead of Greg, we raced each other hard over the years until he left to stick his toe in Europe. He never forgot his South African expats working in the States. He made sure we were good...

Greg is a legend, 100% gentlemen and is one of the best outdoor riders that I have seen. He straight up beat Everts...

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this year. My Dad turns 80 and we are having a party for him.

I miss the days when this race was on Memorial weekend. But I still love me some HIGH POINT NATIONALS! I've been a couple times back in the eighties and if I had pictures I likely wouldn't be able to show them on this family website
