I was just wondering how I was gonna come up with 800 for two Leatt's for my kids. This will help.

So it's fight them in the market place now? I guess they are not satisfied with the results from fighting them in court.

That is just what everyone was hoping for, a little more affordable version. Too bad it won't be sooner. I imagine the dealers that already have the club will have to blow those for cheap now. I need 2 more for the kids but in 2 weeks.

Sheesh. A more affordable brace, and it's a bad thing? " title="Smile">

[color=#0000FF:26bmwiuv]from the link.... The Adventure offers a bit less adjustability of the front and rear “tables”, has a composite plastic construction, and while it may be lacking some of the Gucci carbon fiber construction of the higher-end models, with a $195 price tag, it takes major strides forward in affordability.[/color:26bmwiuv]

Ok, now the price has come down, this is a good thing for all. I may have to pick one of them up. I wonder if the EVS unit had anything to do with Leatt releasing this model. Competition can be a good thing.

While that new brace won't work for everyone, because of the non-adjustable tables, the $195 price tag should really please those that fit the brace well.

Maybe they will have more sizes if it is non-adjustable.

I don't understand why the cost of a NECK brace is such a big issue. A quality helmet has been $450 for years. Quality knee braces have been $600. for years. Quality boots has been $350. for years. But god forbid we spend anything over $200. on our freeking neck.

The Leatt club is a deal and it generaly lasts a full season (same as boots). The only brace that may be better is the Alpinestars at $600 in late sumer/fall. They don't give a shit about the selling price....only if it works.

I feel sorry for the guys/kids who buy the cheap ass neck braces thinking they are safe. And then on top of it the graphic companies will have a $59. sticker kit to go with your $159. neck brace and fucken people will buy them. Good God whats the fuck wrong with this sport?

$600 for an Alpinestars??? Is that a scoop? an insider info? I heard $300-$400... Who's got $500? 500 to the left, we have $359 to the right.... LOL!

I agree. On a smaller scale, it almost reminds me of comparing my CTi2 knee braces with the Asterisk Cells.

To be "swear grammer" correct, don't you have to say "freek" in both instances or "fuck" in both instances?

I have a friend that says "freek" or "freekin'" in place of "fuck" of "fuckin" in every other sentence and swears she is not swearing.

Thanks for the chuckle.
