Either though Antonio would have him covered.
Antonio Cairoli Please stay for all rounds of the outdoors, nice to see a Grand Prix rider come over and have some fun, plus it brings added interest.
They really need more factory MX1 riders in the outdoors, looking thin (11 factory riders) (14 MX2 factory riders)

Im a reed guy but Chad couldn't even beat a gate of amateurs this weekend. I dont think hes 30+2 fit or determined to race mx at all.

He decided not to do a SX this year, so there’s approximately zero chance of Reed doing an outdoor. He already did the Paris SX to line up with Cairoli.
As for a National, Reed rode off the couch in 2018 for JGR, holeshot and got a top five, he’s probably happy with leaving it there.

I don't think this would be a good idea.

2014, the last year he did the full series. Plus a 5th & 8th in a one off at Ironman in 2018.

Meh, Reed could have easily beaten those guys. I'm quite certain he exercised class by not poaching the purse money from the local guys. That's the problem with professionals racing local events, no win situation such as this. If Reed did win then he would be an asshole for stealing the purse money from the locals. If he lays up and lets those guys go by him on the last lap then he's a washed up old man that can't even beat the locals.

Isn’t he planning on qualifying for Loretta’s this year? Not positive but I don’t think he can race Loretta’s if he does a National.

I got the impression he was only going as far as his kids would make it, he was doing those races mainly to get a first hand feel of the track so he could talk the kids through better.

On another note, the gentleman who posted the race with nick Romano at his home track and kept him honest on a yz250 Matt??? Chad beat him at a race decently after not riding for 2 months or so. The guy can still ride really well. His goals have shifted to his kids and rightfully so. Pretty cool to see how much they have progressed

Honestly I don’t know about that. We drove to check out Ironman and see reedy at the last national he would race.

Yea i think they had some issues. Mud is the great equalizer. Hard to make a judgement on the mudder races.
