Coen trains endurance athletes and does triathlons himself.

as everyone knows theres no replacement for time on the bike...

but most have to balance that with burnout or boredom of doing to much riding..

he seems to have over come that atm, but id say as he matures and if he keeps winning, his body will start to yell at him louder and louder.."can we do something fcking else"

Riding is everything for Herlings. A few years back his usual goal was to ride over 350 hours (not including races) in a year. It sure isn’t easy and the best we have ever gotten with our riders is 240 hours in a year.
