Andy McKinstry caught up with Dirk Gruebel to talk Jeffrey Herlings and racing AMA motocross is an option - but Herlings isn't even on the bike yet!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but haven’t we already found out he is under contract with KTM to race the GP’s? I could be wrong, oh well, happy hump day you fools!

Careful now, people don't understand that's how it works and it's not in his contract to race the nationals over here.

No way he doesn't ride and win some gp's with the number one plate.

Contracts can be amended if both parties are in agreement. This is a non-issue.

Listening to the Mx vice show, Lewis Phillips is saying it's a 60-40 chance leaning towards the us nationals

Is the above video anything new or did they just take from Lewis Phillips's interview?

He can ride the entire outdoor series and then catch some GPs afterwards.

There’s only the MXGP of Oman after the last round of the Nationals, maybe he could race one or two before going overseas to better prep for Pala (Kegums, Maggiora or Riola)

I just wish Herlings and Cairoli would get their asses over here and end all of this endless speculation about who's going to kick whose ass.

Doubt anyone has anything from the beginning to the end of the season for Tomac.
Moto and overall wins will be had by others.
But he will simply out diesel everyone until the final round.
Just like the current SX series.

Herlings and Cairoli will definitely have their hands full with more than just Eli.
Ferrandis.
Anderson.
Sexton.
And even craig if he gets his husky dialed in quickly.

And if we have track prep like last year, not ripping some tracks as deep, that may play into our rider's hands as well.
The racing was much better on the tracks that were minimally prepared.
Few GP courses aren't ripped shin deep, and watered down to near swamp consistency.

Only way it ends anything is if Semi Retired AC, and Just back from injury Herlings…come over and finish 1-2 in the championship…and Tomac doesn’t get hurt…if they win, against a heathy Tomac no excuse Americans could give would work, no excuses we got beat, end of discussion…if they come over and they lose, then the “euro’s” will have a thousand excuses and nothing changes…the debate rages…

Man I’m getting hyped on the possibility of this happening. No, JH isn’t 100% at the moment but, if he’s able to start riding by say late April, early May, he can hit a 3-4 week boot camp and be close-ish to being ready to roll for rd. 1 of the nattys. If anything he’ll be rested and chomping at the bit for some gate drops. Could be an even more epic summer if the stars align.

Craig isn't on Husky this summer
Was under the impression that he was done with 250's at the end of the SX series.

Even if he is, he raced 450 for Star last year.

Last year they didn't have Eli.

He is racing 450 mx for star racing just like last summer. The rumored husky deal would start next year.

Barcia is a 5th-10th place guy with a random race where he looks great and wins.

Prime form? Eli's 4-6 yrs behind his (Honda) best, although he is looking good on the YZ.

Last summer, nobody could run w/ Ferrandis.

This summer, who knows, maybe 94 comes back with his head screwed on straight. He is someone who can keep pace with the Bullet, but if 84 comes West, he's winning 15-22 motos, but not all 24 of them.
