2021 KTM 350 SXF
2006 KX250
Edited Date/Time:
I was at vegas supercross when they filmed some of this movie in between the heats. At first I couldn't figure out why they were practicing starts and pulling off of the track =)

This year, if you only see one "Supercross - the Movie", that will probably be way more than enough.
Always kind of hoped will Ferrell would make one.
Sure it would be about as goofy as "supercross" or "charlie's angels","but at least it would be amusing.
There was something being filmed at Glen Helen a couple weeks ago... seemed like it was all geared towards the Saturday R.E.M. Races. Looked pretty official too considering all the makeup trailers and equipment, there was some top dollar shit out there. Anyone have info?
That movie is actually on my DVR right now lol. My kid likes it and watches it. I remember it coming out and getting all excited about a real SX movie, was really disappointed when we went to see it.
Is that the one where they take some Supermoto racers and give them a team ride for SX?
Never thought that was a pathway to SX, but hey you never know.
Sounds like it would have a Karate Kid vibe to it. Good vs Evil. Motocross Bad boy vs Golden child. Jeremy McGrath vs Jeff Emig....
If you can get past all the corny acting and how inaccurate most things are.. it's an alright movie. I'd say it's definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it.
I was there for that race as well. During the day we were snooping around the pits and saw their set up. I took some pics. I was excited for the movie, but I was disappointed
I think that was the race Stephane roncada and James Stewart had a great battle in the shootout. It was great to watch. Those two carried it over into hangtown a couple of weeks later.
