really since the 80s IMO.....

Look at how mountain bikes have changed since 1980.... then look at our motocross bikes... we got the shaft... they agreed to no works bikes, and that completely killed innovation, and us consumers are the worse for it....

Thats because the mtn bike world just went through a major development period similar to mx in the 70’s and 80’s. It will level off just like moto.

I question why you are even here as it seems you hate the sport.

I mean.....for "A new day is coming" type of teaser, I was expecting a vastly different bike. It definitely looks changed but didn't really deviate much...

This person is also correct.

"A new day" seems exactly the language to describe this type of refinement. It is not something like "a new era"

They also used "a new chapter", more language of evolutionary (not revolutionary) change, as opposed to something like "rewrites the book"

You’re crazy if you think dirt bikes haven’t changed. My 2022 looks insanely different than my 2009. They definitely resemble anything from the 80’s. A 1986 125 looks like a 1993 500. They were insanely wide and bulky in the 80’s.

I'm really confused here, on the first page the OP posts his observation/opinion about how he thinks the bike might handle based on the looks of the bike, even states that photos might be deceiving and gets 30 down votes. Then he posts the pics of the 2022 model and 2023 model together with no commentary and gets 22 up votes. What causes these reactions in people?

Referring to your bike as a "she" is offensive to gender fluid, non-binary individuals who don't express their gender as exclusivity male or female. Bikes should be no different.

I think only Suzukis are gender fluid.

You and mx579 need to get a job with star. know how the bike handles from photos is impressive
