So looks like they added the nose guard to the accuri to differentiate from the 100% stuff. At the price I wonder if they use strata or accuri/racecraft foam and/or strap.

I think it’s a cool idea, it’s a way of keeping the Gen 1 range of goggles relevant. Maybe not everybody gets it, but they will when they have the choice between swapping one pair of goggles or all of their goggles for the sake of convenience.
Price point is competitive too

More power to them. If a clear plastic graphics protection company can get resurrected as a goggle company, then they can certainly make goggles for a pipe company if they want. 
If you have an FMF pipe and no goggle sponsor, go for it.

Very true, just don’t think the fmf branding fits goggles/Mx kit.
Maybe new brand would have been better?
