The rear seems a little soft. And the front is way to stiff. Please help!!

ML wasn't able to bottom out this bike. Too stiff...

I think you might have too much stiction on the forks. Go with a DLC coating, should help a little.

Remove 10cc of fork oil per leg and go up a tooth on the rear...at least that’s what MXA says...
