No need for Flexx bars. Lack of frame flex not an issue, that's for sure. Hope you didn't go for the ankle fusion after the talus break because you'll never reach that shifter.

Three digit prefix on the Vin tells the year and model.
Since no mention of a Vin and noticing the nice "stolen bike motif" paint job, we can presume it has been removed for lighter weight?

It's not a 2017 YZ450F. It is almost 40 years old.

I too go with IT400 or possibly IT250. I had a 1976 IT400, 1977 IT175, and 1982 IT465. This looks 1976-79 era to me.

Look at the Canon hanging down off the back. That's gotta be 20% of the total bike weight!
Well just from the pic it looks like a 400 head and barrel instead of 250. My guess is a 77- 79 Year model.
