The guy stopped for lunch for 20 minutes and some assholes took everything from him in broad daylight. According to him those are the only 2 ALTA bikes in the entire UK.

This is what happens when you drive a stickered up Van in the UK.. Dont even think about a pick up or trailer. Sucks balls, i hope the internet can come through, what usually happens once they realise they cant shift it on, is that it gets torched. Thanks for exporting the Wheelie Boys, we sure are grateful.
Edited Date/Time:
Fuck thieves.
I wonder if he was targeted/followed, being on social media to promote his riding and all that.
I will never inderstand why moto guys dont have an alarm installed on vans. It may not have prevented this case, but for $150 it sure would have made it harder on them.
That's why I don't have moto stickers on my van
Learned my lesson in Italy a few years ago
Hope he can get it back but chances are probably around zero
You can not leave unguarded and with out control a van loaded with motorcycles, tools, etc in any single moment.
I even loaded the bikes with padlock so that the motorcycle does not roll.
When I take a trailer I do the same control all the time and the bike goes with padlock, in addition the trailer goes with other padlock.
And of course, no stickers on the van.
There are too many robberies, and more of this type of bike to not put it as difficult as possible.

Horrible news for him!!
philG, sorry that we can't just ship them off to a continent in the Pacific like you all did.
Any update on this? Lyndon has been putting in a crazy amount of work to make this happen

I forgot that the US is the main exporter for crime and wheelies.

Not really an update. Hasn't found his stuff yet but sounds like he's still going to make it to Erzbeg.

He’s handling the whole ordeal much better than I would have. He immediately started working on his next move rather than sulking, much respect.
