Help...Honda CR450F Radiator

I wondered about those myself, there's also some chinese ones for cheap. For that price it might be worth a try. I took the safe route and waited for a used OEM one when my yz250 needed one. Still cost me $85.00

Just go to Mylers. They can repair yours (and do excellent work) or sell you new ones that they(a real radiator shop) say are good.

I've gone a few rounds with the cheap China oversize radiators. Construction / Quality wise they're actually pretty good, but the fit / engineering is terrible. I had an 08 CRF450X that I got a set for, that model has a fan. The radiators didn't have any tabs for fan mounting or the temperature sensor insert. I told them about it & they said it was fine as is, I responded saying that meant I would have to eliminate the fan & I'd hold them responsible for any overheating - they built me a new radiator. They don't take any regard of how making the radiators larger imact other items. Had another set for a DRZ where one of the coolant outlets on the left radiator faced directly into the exhaust pipe. I was able to gradually bend the outlet, so the hose could be connected.

In every instance I was able to get them to work, but took a bit of effort on my part.

Check out ICW. Really Really good people over there. I messed my radiator BAD and sent it to the guy over there and he was able to make it look like new. Only charged me about 45 bucks if I remember right. Dude even took the time to talk moto for a good while. Their bike stands are tough as nails too!

And no I'm not affiliated w/ the guys there at all, jus some good dudes (or dude) that takes care of customers. I should have taken a before and after photo cause mine was pretty jacked.

I've seen tons of radiator twisted and punctured. They can be repaired. Call the guys at Radiator Works in Northridge. I know Russ at Pit Pros sends his there.
