Having a problem with my goggles pinching my nose shut because the top of the opening is too low I guess ? Current helmet is a Shoei VFX, it's been a good helmet and fits good, but when I was trying it on I didn't do it with goggles on. Since then I've tried lots of different goggles, I've tried to find the ones that have the shortest distance between the top of the goggle and the top of the nose part, but every pair of goggles I've tried yields the same result, they're pushed too low on my face and the nose piece squeezes my nostrils shut, it's a genuine pain in the ass. Kids goggles actually aren't too bad Laughing , but they limit visibility. So I'll be trying new helmets on WITH a nice big pair of goggles this time, anyone know offhand which helmets have the largest (tallest) eye openings ? Thanks

Dragon nfxs,100% worked well in my vfx w

dragon nfxs or Scott prospects work in the vfx evo for me

I was having this issue with the astar helmet pinching my nose, pushing the ac system off

I had the same problem with the Shoei's, especially with 100% goggles. Now I run a Bell Moto 9 Flex and I love it. I use Scott Prospects which are nice and big and have a great lens removal system. No pinching at all. Another thing to note on the Prospects is that the foam in the nose area is a bit different than most other goggles in that it's more open and seems less prone to pinching.

I have a vfx w and had the same issue. Eks goggles work very well with that helmet.

Big goggles fit great in the Alpinestars helmet.

I had the same problem with moto 9 flex and prospects, after a few mins of riding I couldn't breathe. I had to go back to 100%. I liked the larger view from the scotts, but suffocating wasn't an option!

Glad I'm not the only one haha. I was starting think I had an ommpa loompa sized head or something. With what I've spent trying different goggles I probably could have bought a new helmet.

Ive had a bit of a problem in my moto 9 flex helmet. it sometimes pushes down the googles. I have ordered thicker cheek pads and smaller top liner so that might solve my issue.
I got a Airoh Aviator 2.2 and a Airoh Twist too and they got plenty of room for big googles.

I had the same issue with a fly racing helmet (one of their top helmets) and 100%s would fall down my nose and i couldnt breathe after 10 minutes of riding. had to constantly push it upwards. I bought a fox helmet and 100%s don't do that anymore.

Did a search and found this… Misery loves company I guess! Unfortunately, due to all the variables, there seem to be no easy solutions.

Are you sure the helmet fits good?? I was 54 years old before i realized my helmets didnt fit properly! lol
I actually wore the same helmet but that helmet is more for an oval shaped head. it felt great and i thought fit good but it would slightly fall foreward because i have a round head and push my goggles into my nose. i literally tried every goggle on the market before i realized my helmet was actually the problem.
if your looking for a larger nose opening check out the scott prospect and Oakley airbrakes. they both have pretty large shaped nose openings.
