Personally, it might be a great choice for them, I gotta think Mike would be one of the title favorites right?

Also, Canada is cold as hell, gotta be a lot of hot tubs.

Why is it that every time Tony speaks its like he is trying to explain or make excuses for something. If Roger Decoster or Mitch Payton were taking their teams to Canada it would be like "we are going North and contesting the Canadian Nationals", and that's it. With Tony and Mike G. its always weird.

This is disappointing! I know the Alessi's get the brunt of abuse from alot of fans or people around them, although Tony is a bit of a clown.. . No one can dis credit his dedication and passion for the sport and to his sons. It is annoying that they have chosen this route.. A rider of Mike's calibre is capable of winning races if not a championship.. It is all mental when it gets to that level and he is a rider that lets the mental side of racing get the better of him. I'm sure he'll do well in Canada but it'd be better to see him pull it all together for outdoors.

So, its a marketing decision. A lot of exposure in a small market vs. not much exposure in a large market for their hot tub cover.

We all bring up the "what if?" scenario with a podium position for Mike at GH but realistically he had his opportunity last year to show he was a podium guy and for the most part I really cant remember what Mike did in 13 besides Washougal.

Genova, making a business decision based on past results both on the track and off.

Still think Mike should sign with a GP team but...
