Or is this dealer just high?
That must be in a state where crack is legal and bikes are valued higher proportionally to fugliness.
Powerband in every gear !
Edited Date/Time:
used motorcycle prices are higher than normal, but not ridiculous like in that ad.
If that is a dealer, more than likely they offer scam interest rates to lay people with bad credit, because no one that knows anything about dirt bikes would pay anything close to those asking prices.
Avoid.
Up, yes... Like that? NO.

I was fast... But being fast is relative to who else is on the track with you.

It's because people don't care what they pay, only what they pay per month.
They will finance them to someone for an astronomical rate also...
I do like that YZ though lol
Bike prices are higher than normal but this guy is either on crack or got ripped on the trade ins.

I just went to my nearest mid-size multiline dealer, and they had ZERO dirt bikes. So I can totally see a dealer wanting to jack up the prices on the last few, and see what happens, rather than run with no inventory at all.
where'd they find three of the ugliest bikes ever?
A LOT more bikes being sold, a LOT less bikes being made. Prices are up but if you're paying 10 grand for a roached 04 RM 250 then I'd like to sell you a $62,000,000 800 square foot bungalow with fresh paint.

It's obviously not worth $10K, but that thing's not roached (and has a some good stuff on it).

All the bikes we are looking at from this dealer as outrageous say "Consigned from a private collection", and they all have the same number on them. I think some dude is just testing the water for his "collection", and with virtually no other stock (seriously check their website) the dealer is using the floor.

I guess that makes sense. Also explains why 3 of his bikes have matching ugly as sin graphics on them. Dealer still has a lot of nerve to advertise these bikes on his website at those prices. I was interested in the rm until I saw the price.

I wonder how that bike would stack up against the current 2021's
Another thing to remember. He’s only an moron until one of these bikes sells for that. Then we are the morons lol.
Like on fb when you see a teenager willing to trade a ranger for a diesel truck or sports car. I guess nothing to lose everything to gain.
Bikes surely are inflated for sure. But I dunno about THAT much above. Eek.
I just had to sell my 18 350sxf for 6450. Only had 17 hours on it.

Here in the PNW, bikes are up in value. Insane prices. 7 year old 250fFs go for $5000 and SELL. Dealers arent budging on their prices either. Paid $10.3K for a 21 YZ250F. They wouldnt budge because they KNEW it was going to sell. I saw a used 19 YZ250F at a dealer for $7300. And it was at $8K.
But deals are to be had, got my brother his 19 YZ250F for $5250. Guy just listed it 45 min before I called him and told him I wanted it. Next cheapest bike was a 15 YZ250F for 5800.
Gone:
2006 CRF230F
2008 KTM 200 XC
2017 KTM 250 SX
2019 CRF250R
Current: 2021 YZ250F
Here in AZ prices for enduro/off road bikes are extremely high. KTM/Husky with 100+ hours are still 6-9K. They are also super tough to come by
