...ridden a bike. Serious question. I rarely pay attention to what the announcers are saying. I'm able to tune them out same as if my wife is talking. When I do hear Ralph I get the impression he's never ridden any kind of
bike let alone a MX bike. Same with auto racing. He announces a lot but I'm not convinced he's ever put on a helmet, cinched down harnesses and taken a green flag?

When I actually listen to Ralph I think he does a decent job but he often says things that scream clueless.

Most people here have more in common with Ralph in terms of bike knowledge than they do anyone racing the main event.
He does his job very well. Random comparison but Ellen page in the movie Inception has a completely useless character, other than she asks the questions to main character that the viewer would ask also, allowing main characters to answer for you

You could have just continued the conversation in one of the other "Ralph sucks" threads. No, you had to start your own. I swear this place is full of dickweeds that never stop complaining. If it isn't one thing it's another.

Imagine wanting to grow the sport and then a noob shows up here on vital. Could you imagine what this place looks like from a noob's perspective? They can't ask a simple question without getting flamed along with the dumb ass "torque your sprocket bolts bro" comment. What a joke.
