That's been a trend with the homeless of late - fashionable moto gear, I saw

a dude stealing bicycles in Tech-10's the other day - he looked good doing it.

You know, Jay, sometimes you're just a dick.

He did a nice thing, and you shit on it, why?

I would much rather see riders give old jerseys to homeless people than toss them in the trash or even toss them to people in the crowd, who obviously aren't homeless

A guy does a nice thing, maybe even has a little fun with it, and you shit on it.

Most people probably ignore that homeless person as if she doesn't exist, just turn a blind eye, and a guy who has a well paying job, reasonably well off, took the time to stop and give a jersey to a homeless person, and you make it out to be a bad thing. That homeless person may sleep a little warmer tonight.

I hope Mitch is proud, I would be.

I think it would be great to see more riders do the same

Bullshit

He stopped to fuck with a homeless guy and make a joke out of it. This was no good Samaritan outing.

Obviously I have photographic evidence.

for the record I do not dislike Josh Hansen, I do dislike some of his behavior.

But having your good deed photographed and posted for all to see? I don't know just seems kinda thin.

How can you tell from the photo he was being a dick and did it as a shitty joke? It was a nice thing he did. This was what someone posted on twitter with the picture to follow.

I love this kid @joshhansen100. If you don't know him you should, one of the nicest dudes you'll meet. http://tweetphoto.com/16279291

Giving a homless person a jersey to wear and putting a smile on that persons face too for a bit seems like a pretty good thing to do to me.

You know what, everyone always gives Hanny and JLaw a bunch of crap. I got to tell you something however. Guys like them maybe dont go by the normal path for sure, but I beleive they have good hearts. Case in point is the fact that both give back to the MX community. We have a few foundations out there that require money to operate, Asterisk Mobile Medical Unit, Riders Down, Road 2 Recovery, Clayton Foundation, etc. How many guys actually give dollars to these groups??? I am not talking about giving a signed jersey from their sponsor that they did not pay for. I am talking about dollars out of their bank accounts. Most do not, but I do know of a few that do, and you would be surprised as to who they are. I do know that Hanny has written a check and so has Jason. I beleive Mikey gives to Asterisk every year as does Josh Hill and Andrew Short. Davi Millsaps and Chad Reed play the Road 2 Recovery golf tourney every year to support that cause.

So, my point is, dont judge so much the guys that everyone loves to kick. Some of those guys are the most generous around.

By the wy, I am sure I have left out some guys that donate, but those are the ones I know about.
