This is a frequent occurrence in Millville, guessing you were riding at FOD. Before I moved to AZ I know the track had worked a deal with a local hotel that provided 24/7 security because it was becoming such a problem. I was a 1.5 hour drive so never stopped even for gas in that area, too sketchy/crime ridden. Best of luck recovering your stuff. I would post in the Northeast Enduro club FB pages, etc. Sucks man.

DanDunes818 - Thank you for doing that, that always helps and I appreciate that!

usafwx - We were down for the ECEA Enduro, we talked to a kid from FOD and we’re just chasing everything we can. We always do what we can when traveling, no stickers, locks, and all that. The more people we talk to down here though is the same story... sketchy area.

Agreed, I have thought about checking out FOD but I know that area is like the Wild West ....

Sorry to hear about this. Have you reached out to ECEA? I'm sure they'd be willing to put something up on their facebook/website.

Bridgeton/Vineland, etc. are shitholes. Always seem to see posts about bikes getting jacked from hotels in those areas. The "local element" knows what comes in and out of the area and FOD.

I posted it on some local sites for ya....but my guess is they are probably in the hands of some vineland hoodlums and will wind upnin camden, phila or baltimore more then likely.

So sorry bud, just driving through that area with the bike in the back of my truck I was sketched at stop lights. Last year they had people posting stolen bikes at local hotels almost every race/weekend. At one point they had someone break in through the fence when the track was closed and stole the bikes/quads out of Rich's ATV/Bike Rental in the back. So sad cause its a great facility just terrible area. I'd keep an eye on that craigslist for SJ as well, I remember bikes stolen popping up on there. Good luck man, keep us posted.

I wouldnt let it deter you from FOD, you can usually camp onsite overnight and its fenced in with security. That or just make a long day of it and avoid staying in the local area (Millville/Vineland). Its a great facility, well at least it was when I was stationed there in 2016-early 17. I know a lot of changes have been made since then to staff and track.

Thanks to you guys that are posting this else where and spreading the word with any information! Information is still trickling in this morning, so spreading the word is definitely helping.

We have a pretty good idea of the movement of the bikes so I don't want this to dry up now.

Having stayed down this way multiple times before without issue, its alarming now after having this happen and hearing how common this actually is in this specific area.

Good police work will slow it down and dry up your leads. Sorry to hear, and sorry to say but those are gone for good.

Cant understand why this keeps happening....everyone should already know not to ever leave your shit in a hotel parking lot. Sucks, and sorry you lost your bikes. Same thing happens to DJ's and bands, they keep leaving shit in trucks at hotel parking lots and getting ripped off.

If you must stop, you need to have a night sentry, rotate watch every 2 hours and you must be strapped. Park it by the door and sit in the lobby bench watching it, if they tell you something you can say you will move it if it presents a problem.

What I would do is the next 50-60 degree weekend campout in the parking lot. They’ve been returning its all proof as more get stolen from the hotel.

You may not find them all or a single bike but finding the idiots may be a possibility. Thieves always return to the same pot until their bit.

I hate to say it but you'll probably see these bikes with the graphics stripped off wheelie-ing around Phialdelphia. However i really hope i am wrong and you can recover the bikes.

A couple leads today, things are still moving so that’s always a good sign at the least.

I wish we didn’t live so far away... if we lived closer, this would be a different story.

I wouldn’t even trust a hotel security guy at this point.

I go in and out of NJ about twice a week with my semi. I always stop to sleep in PA so I don't get shot over the $100 in my wallet. I refer to the NJ, NYC, Philly, Baltimore area as "The toilet". Too much filth and crime at night. Anyhow I'll keep my eyes open for the wheelie boys.
