I'm glad I watch Supercross muted, was wondering what that was.

That said, it's not right to pile on the chick or the legitimate good she's doing for these kids just because it's not really "motocross," or we dont relate. It's Toyota/Feld we should question, not her.
I’m sure they could find a better representation for diversity.

They should focus on changing the segment to something related to people of all genders and ages starting out in the sport. Maybe pick one of the KTM 50 kids each week and do a segment.

Wait next week.

An interview about dirtbikes riding at the beach would be fun.
It's illegal but "fun"
Because it's fun. Sarcasm off.

That shit was pathetic. NBC's message to the casual viewer.................Webb, Musquin, Tomac, etc are "Gun Totin Criminals". They better run a similar segment during the next nascar race.

They didn’t actually show anyone riding in this one…because their form of riding is dangerous to the public and illegal.

They should do a segment on Christina Denny - her story is more interesting than anything they have had on yet.

Biggest PC push ive ever seen in my life. Lets keep anderson coopers hands off moto please.
Had a good chuckle about the whole segment. One of the neighbor kids has a razor and rides it up and down the street all day just like the gun toting criminals. I’m going to try and catch him one of these days with a hand full of stickers.

NASCAR fans don’t give a shit. The whole thing exists because of gun toting moon shine runners during the prohibition.

The people must have made themselves and their story sound really good when interviewed and when they sent in a letter or email, or whatever you do to get picked, and when the filming crew got there , i think they probably realized that they where street riding illegally and they couldn't show much of what they do.
Thats my guess.

Was I the only person that heard that young man say the words "Coding, 3D Printing and Engineering?"

You guys are all just scared that some kid from the ghetto is coming after your spot on the gate or your dream mechanics job.

I live in one of the NASTIEST crime ridden cities in the world...... and ANY TIME I hear a young man with a rough go ahead of him saying the words "Coding, 3D Printing or Engineering" I get excited.... Even if he wants to just "pop wheelies in the street" At least he is trying and heading in the right direction.

As someone who has personally setup and help run programs like this.... I cringe at the way you guys are accepting it. I bet NOT ONE of you have ever done ANYTHING like this or ever volunteered your precious time to someone in need.

This kid is more moto that most of you. hahaha

And now everyone is in here yelling wheelies are wack.

God you guys are such cry babies....get over yourselves. There are all walks of pife that can join this sport in one way or another. Stop acting like your better than somebody else.

If this gets kids involved, im all for it. Im not entirly sure why wheelie boyz have anything to do in this discussion anyway!

Very disgusting way to portray our sport. So we now advocate for riding 12 o’clocks on the street? I get that they try to keep the kids away from gangs and all that shit but one illegal activity to another is not good. Do they actually believe it’s ok to ride bikes on street?

Nobody is worried about these kids taking away their opportunities.
Nobody is bashing this lady for teaching these kids skills.

The entire problem with this segment is how at the center of it is a huge problem that is based on criminal activity that affects people who's property is stolen, innocent people put at risk in public, and the problems caused for the police including deaths of officers. All so these "poor inner city kids" can go out and have some "fun".

There is nothing "moto" about that entire wheelie boy culture. When the one and only skill you have is wheelies, it really isn't that impressive. Are they racing with broken bones? Or still going at it after recovering from a crash that would make the average person stop and think maybe it's not the best way to spend their time? All just so they can get out there and race. Or is it a fashion statement about how "cool" they are running from the po-po, hangin wit dey boyz?

Not sure why you would think of all the people on this site that nobody would give a shit about inner city kids enough to volunteer their time? I don't even live in the states and I've spent a couple weeks of my summer in inner city Buffalo helping the folks out... But yeah, I have a thing about respecting other people and the rule of law.
