Good news for him. He has had an horrific year with Assomotor Honda. Kind of weird how bad he was on the Honda, but there were a few mechanical issues too.

Strijbos seems to be the second rider on the team.

Great for him, hope he can use this and turn his career around again.
Living in Belgium close to KTMs workshop won't hurt either
He's not the easiest guy to work with I guess, but Tim Mathys knows how to do it, they have won GPs together before

He set on fire at the end of his last MX2 season, but since then, has been less than stellar.. for many reasons.. i think this is his last shot .

I think there still is something in him, he had a few good results on the YZF in his rookie 450 season(9th in overall standings).

One think was part ways with Yves Demaria. Cant remember if it was because new teams or what but after that his luck has turned bad. Injury after another and didn't look he liked Honda that much even didn't complain out loud.
He was great to watch last part of his MX2 career for sure.

Still alot of riders who still haven't announced rides for next year who deserve to be on the mxgp circuit.
Van Doninck,Mewse,Watson,Cervellin,Beaton,Vlaanderen etc.
