Some good looking graphic. Has anyone felt like the shrouds could go in a little if the air box was cut to be more like a newer Honda? Mine seems to push out where the air box lip meets the shrouds. Thanks

This my 2006 CR250 I was trying my best to match my lucas oil kit from n-style on my 08CRF250. I got this kit for $60 on ebay from GNR sales. Pretty solid purchase. Its not like for like as the blue is a bit off from n style kit. Adding a complete moto seat here soon to top it off.
just find the cr250 tab https://www.ebay.com/str/grnsales/

Does anyone know of any graphics companies that have the templates and make graphics made specifically for the new Polisport CR restyle kit?

Have you, or anybody, found a successful modification to shrink the width of the shrouds? The kit widens the shrouds about 2” over stock, which looks and feels boat-like.

Just got my graphics on for my ‘04 bargain craigslist find and personally I love the way the restyle kit/graphics turned out. Tip of the cap to Decal Works. Now if I could just remember how to ride a 125...

Sorry but the plastic looks like dog shit compared to stock, and most of the graphic companies are making it look even worse. Just my opinion though. I did find this bike that pulled it off pretty well

I agree. Side plates covering the shock is a bad idea, no air hitting the shock. You have to remove the side plate to change sag.

Split Designs graphics. You can design your own custom graphics kit for a little extra, or order one of the kits they sell. This is a custom kit.

As an aside, I was playing around with some black adhesive vinyl around the outside edges of the plastic just seeing if there was any way of making things look a little more sleek and not so bulky and was suprised at how much of an effect this can have on the overall look.

It's just more or less an optical illusion as all the plastic is the same size and shape and nothing was cut or trimmed at all but it does take on a more modern slim look.... at least in my estimation.

It's too bad they went through all that work on a redesign on the slowest Honda's made. Man, those year 125's are so slow, I had one, my 03 RM125 would kill it to the first turn. Same with the 250's. Build quality is pure Honda though. I think with some thought and nice graphics that new design can really work.
WTF are you talking about?..The first year Honda went to the 250 RC valve the only bike that put out more HP that same year was the KTM...And if I remember correctly RC won the SX and The outdoors in which he went 24-0..I still have my Honda to this day...Dry
