Thanks for that Gibby. Nice to have an update on Grant's condition. All the best to him, and his family as they deal with his problem and his son's Autism.

BTW Steve, I have to congratulate you on having the most forward thinking and interactive moto site out there. I'm continually impressed with what you come up with for us to browse through and this little slide show interview is a prime example. Amazing work my friend!

Thanks, Terry. A chunk of the kudos have to go to my boss, Brad; and our programmer, Aaron. They build some cool tools for me to play with, and then fuss endlessly over the details.

Damnit, he's the Zulu Warrior, those fellows became legendary for defeating what was seemingly much stronger than them... If anyone can beat this sh.., it's Langston !

We'd all love to see more from him on a bike but what we've already seen was pretty darn exciting and we've got to be appreciative...

Guy's a total charger-with-talent, tough as a mail, physically and mentally, a "championship"-type rider, a brillant spokesman, a World Champion, an AMA champion... man, who achieved that in History ??

Lackey, Laporte, JMB and fellow South African Albee, pretty impressive list in my book and he fits right in there !...

I wish he overcomes the tumor thing and is there to help his son, which situation I very much relate to.
Anything on the bike would be pure bonus in my eyes.

Go, Grant !

Grants a stand up dude. Listening to some of the stuff he and his wife are doing not only to help their son but other kids as well is awesome. We should spend more time talking about stuff like that then rolled rental cars.

Laser wouldn't have "caused" the tumor. Hemangioma is a tumor, technically, but can be benign or malignant.

Sounds like they initially thought benign hemangioma, hence laser therapy, but now are seeing it grow in a way that suggests malignancy.

Since they are making the diagnosis without tissue (biopsy), or I'm assuming so, getting a certain diagnosis can be difficult.

Either way, prayers and best wishes to the man and his family.

When I heard GL talking about his eye situation during the audiocast last Sat, made me think how a good guy GL8 is and already having other family issues, what more could happen to a pretty cool guy?

Express my thanks to GL8 coming here, winning championships.and being the class racer, family man and fan favorite that he is.

I pray he wins this ongoing battle like the champ he has proven all these years.

God Bless Grant and the Langston family; you are always in our prayers.

He is a great champion and a good man. I hope his employers are all very patient with him and give him the time to get everything sorted out.

LOL!!! Not much of Africa left in him...

But yeah, Grant sure isn't having an easy time. Life sure ain't fair. All the best to him and his family! But seeing your child having a difficult time is probably much harder than struggling with your own problems.
