Video from local race on my 150sx. Before it's said, i know I need to grow a sack...ran us with Vet A as there were only 2 A riders, thought I would be able to keep them in sight for more than half a lap, but my fear of additonal calcium deposits and scars kept me from doing that..

Oh, sorry for the extended begining, first time using and was trying to be able to hear the beep when turning on. Any tips on how to edit these to remove excess unwanted footage? Oh on the start the girl had turned the card sideways, all the motos before they dropped the gate right away. So i'm sitting there forever burning my clutch, finally look up and she put the 2 minute board back up...

Need to grow a sack?

Did you have fun? I bet you did, diddn't ya? Then you don't have to worry about anything else. You did motocross the way it should be done, you did it for the fun of it.

Nice vid btw. Wink

I like that track. I rode there about 2 years ago. Gets nice and rough. Looked good out there, hold the throttle on a little bit longer and you would pick up about 5 seconds a lap by clearing those doubles. Good job though!

We have property on the west end of the U.P. and I usually try to ride there when I am up there.

Yeah it was the first time I was there. Heard it was a fun track and it's been too dry to ride the local practice tracks so figured I would take the drive and try it out. I think if I would've been able to get a couple more laps in during practice I would've been clearing them, but figured better safe than sorry with the long drive back home...maybe next time.

That track is all part of that series up there right? Are there any tracks around Appleton?

There are a couple of decent private practice tracks within 15-20 minutes of Appleton. Gravity Park is about 45 minutes from Appleton (I haven't been there for awhile, heard it's better but is hard pack on flat ground), Tigerton about 45 minutes, nice loamy dirt with a fun layout, Whittenburg about 45-60 minutes, fun layout but only has one race weekend this year. Pine Ridge is about 1.5 Hours away but has nice dirt and fun layout. Denmark about 45 minutes away but they didn't open this year. Crystal Falls was about 2.5 hours for me (I live north of Appleton now, about halfway between there and Green Bay)

Nice vid!

Im sorry to steal the thread a little, but i can see in your videos that the screen is like "moving" like waves and zooming. Hard to explain but if you understand what i mean, Why does the gopro do that sometimes? I have had the same on my videos.

I saw some sack! (not really, but you know what I mean).

And don't you mean "being down 300 CC with much less torque" kept you from keeping them in sight. rather than fear?
