No, panic revs are motocross and expected.
There are obviously more dangerous things that can happen on a track and we've all seen them.

But, I go to the track to have fun, and for me, that means focus, getting into the zone, and improving. Going fast and being distracted is not a good combination.

No one on that track is in the zone while this dude is honking his horn constantly.

My opinion is that this has no business out on the track.
