Delete the cookies in your browser related to the NBC gold app on your PC and then log back in after doing that...might clear the issue up.

During last night's racing, I lost sound. I opened an additional window on the laptop and it had sound, so I closed the first one.

I did not lose sound during the first two races.

I watched or listened to all of practice yesterday. There were a good bit of technical very brief glitches.

Playback is still at 5.73 Mbs maximum.
