I'm up in Wisconsin for work for the next 2 weeks and realized that Spring Creek is this weekend. It's just under a 4 hour drive, so I'm going to make the trip. I haven't been to a national since the first year they ran Freestone.
Anyone here going or have been in the past? Looking for tips and what to expect out there. Where are the better areas to watch?
Thanks

If your up for it, make the trek to the top of Mount Martin, it’s insane to see in person, I believe the only one taller is Mt. Saint Helen at Glen Helen. Washougal Horsepower Hill I believe is slightly longer but doesn’t go as high.
Make the trip the whoops for at least part of a moto. They aren’t as big or long as they used to be but still cool to watch for a bit.
Parking sucks, plan on sitting there for a bit after if you’re in a hurry to get out. Otherwise the facility is pretty top notch of the ones I’ve been to, but I might be a bit biased since I’m from Minnesota.
Have a good time and Enjoy the “Minnesota nice” Experience.
If you are up for it make the hike all the way around the track including Mt Martin.
I have a permanent campsite right by the "beach"

I dont have any friends that are interested in Moto literally.
Get new friends.
Good luck Sunday if you're racing AM day. 👍

I’m here by myself as well but already made friends with my neighbors. But say what’s up if you pass by my little set up! Going to be getting some drinks in to stay warm tonight in a damn tent!
First Look.
