Haven't seen this posted here yet, but I'm not all the way through the Weston thread either. Regardless... I'm surprised there aren't more anonymous donors from the industry/riders, many in the industry have not been afraid to talk about Vince and his riding style.

Weston made a lot of money in the off season, and I'm sure his pockets ate considerably deeper than mine. I don't think $5,000 is going to hurt his portfolio; furthermore, he acted unprofessionally and didn't represent his sponsors appropriately. He deserves the penalty and suspension.

What a joke, Nate Boggs just pocketed $200 off of those suckers. Weston deserves the fine and the DQ.

I really hope that no one pays anything to that. 5k is nothing for a factory rider that actually deserved a fine.

There are so much better things to "fund" than Westons 5k fine. Donate a small sum to http://www.redcross.org/ or something similar.

But it's not my money. If someone feels like Weston didn't do anything wrong and didn't deserve a fine, go ahead!

Never saw a gofundme for Raffi Torres when he broke the rules. His fine was "just" $440,860.29.

Fox sports should pay him for giving them their new go to "come watch the supercross circus" promo video.

Yeah, and Freise deserves the same. Boo on the AMA for being cowardly...as per normal.

I am 100% with you guys! I won't give a penny to it but the comedic value was too good not to post, especially since Vince (or someone using his name!) gave $10! Grinning

There is at least one more gofundme page that I saw linked on Facebook. The only contributor last night on that one was the person who made it. And it said offline contribution, meaning he said he was sending a check. I'm sure that check will be on it's way first thing this morning. At least that guy was pretending to give to the campaign he created.

I thought that was a whole new level of dumb, surely you're 'Vince friese's wife' if you're apologising for your husband, Vince friese ??

Coach Gibbs won't let this go down---WP will have to 'man up' and pay for his ticket.

Coy might condone it, but not Coach. I'm surprised their hasn't been an official team statement, actually. Betting their will be phone calls among the G-men....
