Same here, I'm emailing with support but they claim all is good for them. Have referred them to this thread and Twitter thread

They always blame the user, I emailed them a few times last year. They always claim this it's perfect on their end.

Why is the race day live broadcast quality on Nbc sports gold so always so shit? My internet is insane, the main broadcast is always flawless, no problems there. It's only race day live, anyone has the same problem?
