I'm very critical of my shots and I'm not happy with the way they came out, but I figured I'd post them regardless. Glen Helen was the first time I shot moto in 2018, so the cobwebs are apparent in them. The racing was great though!

no cobwebs. great photos. I lucked out with one great pic of RC with a whip above horizon with an old film camera, it went into an online moto journal somewhere. Haven't taken a good pic since.

Thanks for the comments guys! After I posted some of them on Instagram, then I didn't feel as insecure about the way they came out. My camera setup is definitely way behind the equipment the guys making a living at it use. I'm currently using a Canon Rebel with the standard 55-250mm lens in these shots, and I've always wondered what my shots would look like with the same $5,000+ setup they have. I'm honestly mad at myself for never investing in better equipment when I was shooting for MotoXAddicts, but hey you live and learn, right? I would rent the 70-200 f2.8 for the weekend when I had my credential at Supercross and for Glen Helen in '16. My dream job is traveling to all of the races, doing interviews, and shooting pics.
