Glen Helen 6 hr Race

Anyone else going to be racing in this? Last year I made a thread asking advice about sharing my new bike. My team ending up racing my buddy’s clapped sx380. I plan to race solo this year in the Ironman class.

Would an oversize tank be necessary? I’ll be on my 18 fc350.

Oversize tank is never a bad idea. Less time messing with fuel stops. Then again, you might want the breaks, considering you're doing ironman.

I raced the ironman class last year on my yz450 thats setup for moto. They only thing I did was slap some hand guards on. It was a TON of fun. IMO a smaller gas tank helped because it gave me a break to get off the bike for a refuel.

Man last year was pretty wild with the amount of mud from the rain. I wonder what the forecast has in store for this year
