Saving Kenny money for breach of contract? Saving Suzuki money because of all the bikes they'll sell between now and October first because people still believe that because Kenny is there? Seems kind of overboard to me, just a picture to confirm what everyone already knows.

I would assume that is someone with kr94 gear on for pictures. Like gp21 or someone taller then kenny. Kenny probably wouldn't start his contract with Honda when he's still under rch till the end of the month, that's just asking for trouble. Maybe somewhere more quiet in stock gear he would try the bike and get some seat time but not in southern california at the main test tracks a month out from monster cup when the tracks out there are all in use surrounded by photographers and fans.

I've come to the conclusion it's for sure not kenny but dam of you look at the shoulders and arms and the position of the head and strait leg behind the footpeg it looks alot like someone I've seen at press day standing on there bike the exact same unique way. Very weird stuff going on in that pic. You got Oscar behind him and it looks like an x team manager behind that all look very similar. Just weird what I'm looking at.
That dudes hot!

They even tagged Roczen and HRC in the picture for christs sake.

Yeah. It seems like those people really go into panic/shock or are completely clueless about how the internet works.

The picture is out there, deleting it from various sites and forums wont help anything at this point.

It's pretty much common practice for these guys to start riding the new bike before the contract is up. It's funny how people get paranoid when a picture comes out, especially after the season is over. There's no more races for Roczen on a Suzuki.

That being said if they're that worried about photos coming out and the potential penalties that can come with it, maybe they shouldn't break their contract in the first place and put themselves at risk.

Almost seems like a self made problem.

If they cared that much why would the guy standing right next to the bike be allowed to send the picture out?

I wouldn't have taken the call but then again I'm not worried about future access to anything.

The Internet has definitely melted. Roczen's tagged photos on IG are definitely repetitive.

Have them call me Smile

I have no problem telling them how dumb they look for 1) letting the picture out 2) for making the call and 3) riding a bike prior to being release from a current contract 4) putting that burden on a site that who's whole existence operates on the digging for treasures that are moto related

Who cares. I mean really? This is an internet based opinion board. It's a freaking picture of a guy riding a dirtbike. Someone called Vital to tell them to remove a picture? Just seems stupid and wasted effort. We dont have anything else to worry about than Kenny pics on a red bike?

The picture aside, is it certain that Roczen didn't buy out the remaining few weeks in his contract? Sure seems like it would be worth it when moving to a new bike.

^^If calls were made in an attempt to not spread pic, I'm guessing he did not buy out early.

Well its working since every post with the picture on this forum is pulled down, if that is their agenda.

But no worries, i took a screenshot of the picture so "i got you HRC" hehe..

Incredibly stupid. The pic is out there on pretty much every single social media site.

I can understand that the Vital guys bows down when they get the call. My question is:

Is that a healthy relationship between the moto media and the factories/teams/riders? I would say no. But i understand why they do it.

Maybe RCH can get enough cash from this to afford a 3rd rider. Unemployed riders matter

Dude I didn't build a 9 billion dollar company being stupid! Smile

I care about this place and access to it!

I figured since they obviously read this stuff I would just go ahead and tell them.

Us! Didn't realize it was still a secret if it is public and that Vital has received phone calls to remove. Thanks for removing and covering up the mistake.
