Please comment so it stays on the page a while. Our home and motocross track on 20 acres in Lisbon, OH, that we built from scratch and got to enjoy it for 20+ years, is now for sale since we are retiring. This is a turn key operation on 20 acres. It includes 3200 Sq. house, XL 3 car attached garage, partially finish basement (gym), sauna in master bath, 6 panel oak doors throughout, central vac and much, much more. Also included is a detached 3 bay shop, one bay has kitchen and half bath, 15’ ceilings with lots of overhead storage, large outside over hangs on N and E sides and is very well insulated. Large Quonset-hut (40X60) with concrete flood to store machinery and extra storage. Included in this offer is a dozer, skid-steer, and a tractor with attachments. The MX Track is 2 minutes a lap, and also has practice drill areas. Property has NO ZONING! Only 2 miles from Lisbon and 35 minutes from Boardman. Great back roads, excellent road biking right out the driveway, and 2 miles from the Greenway Trail bike path.

To see this property, you must be pre-approved for $750K.

The house was built in 2001, has 4 BR, 2.5 bath. Has many upgrades throughout including granite counter tops with tile backsplash, all new appliances in kitchen, new carpet on main floor, and new awning on large rear deck.

Happy retirement Gary. Honestly, I watched your training videos so many times that whenever I have to think about my technique it's your voice I hear 😅

If I win the lottery soon I'll be sending a text. Thanks for the great uploads on youtube. The JS7 125cc practice videos are amazing.

My first instructional video was one of yours. Early 90s on VHS. Turn drills around tires. Thanks.

Gary told me in an email that he wasn't retiring, although the description in the text below the video on youtube says otherwise. And thanks again Gary for the DVDs. We bought the whole set and it's really helped increase techniques and lap times.

Thanks for the comment. That's good to know my voice is in your head whenever you think about technique!

What I took away from this- that John Deere is a 1989 model and has done 5300 hrs.

That means if you started it up on January 1st and ran it until August 9th, that’s how much work it has done.

Interesting..

Yabbut, if he started it on January 1st of 2006 for the first time and only ran it for 1 hour per day it would've finished on July 4th of this year at 3:36 AM. Fascinating, huh?

Good thing we got the important takeaways covered.....Whistling

Awesome place Gary. Hopefully it goes to someone who will treat it right.

What it likely actually means is that between 1989 and 1999 it worked on jobsites for 4000 hours, then for the last 20 years it's been privately owned and run occasionally racking up another 1300 hours in that time.

Good luck with the sale, nice place.

Super nice place Gary! You can tell if a place is just a spot on a map or if it has a soul. You've clearly invested a lot of yourself in it. Best of luck finding a buyer to continue that.

Beautiful place, if I could hook a chain to it and drag it to SW Missouri or NW Arkansas I’d be all over it!
