Their 2 races were brilliant to watch, amazing to think what ‘the old man’ can still do.

TC222 is my pick for title due to his ability to either hang it out when he is in the mood but then settle for less. Gaisjer on the other hand WILL crash his brains out at least 1 round.

Cairoli will have problems all season long with Gajser. He was riding very very mature this weekend if you look closely, showed a lot of race craft with following Cairoli and passing him back. This was the race TIGA needed, just as in 2015 in MX2 when he went on to win a championship after Trentino. Cairoli is lucky there is a long break ahead because he was limping when he came on podium yesterday. Also Herlings is coming back to take points away, it should be an interesting championship battle.

The Old Man definitely made Gasjer work for that one. Great race for sure.

Sure but It was not very smart imo. Bad risk reward.

Amazing race but what the hell is wrong with the rest of the field? 3rd place was 35 seconds plus back both motos.

Nothing wrong with them. Just 2 of the best mx riders right now pushing 100% for 30min + 2 laps, that is the result.

TC222 must be spewin.. thought he had the title wrapped and would be able to collect a bunch more wins to close in on Everts records.. Tiga has other plans!

I think Gasjer will knacker himself before the season is done. Sure Tony had his moments today but he'll likely pull 1 or 2 holeshots every weekend and make Tiga go nuts and axe himself trying to catch up.

Gajser is fun to watch when hes on.

If he keeps improving I think he has a shot to win it!

He has to improve though, because the sand tracks will be all 222.

That kicker in the waves that Cairoli had was nasty, luckily he stayed on 2 wheels.

0:53.919
0:53.333 little bit more then 35 sec.

Honda from Gasjer looks like he is riding on pillows.. not normal.

Even Herlings couldn't force Cairoli to make mistakes and Gajser did it.

Cairoli stepped up his game in 2019 to give Herlings a fight and Gajser stepped up his game.

Cairoli-Herlings and Gajser gonna be damn good to see those three on the track. If they stay healthy!

TC has won 3 out of 4 with Gajser there. Gajser had a great day, but overall I think Cairoli will have him covered most of the time. That was an awesome race though and I hope it is a sign of things to come.

That was one of the best one-on-one duals I've seen in quite some time. They both mentioned how they were pushing a pretty crazy pace. TC said it was borderline dangerous haha. It bit him in the 2nd moto , but thankfully he's ok. I was on the edge of my seat both moto's. Cat and mouse game from gate to flag , it was intense.

Yes possibly, perhaps Tony will knacker himself when under pressure from Gasjer?

No he wont. Gajser will crash out of this championship, just as he did in UK and Netherlands. He crashed heavily in half of the rounds so far. He should be lucky if he makes it past half the season being less than 50p behind Cairoli.

Never had an interest in the GPs, but I saw someone praising them on Twitter so I decided to check them out... best racing I've seen since Reed v. Stewart.

Best race of the year, highlights don't do it justice! It was electric between Gasjer and Cairoli.

GPS is a great set up to AMA Motocross. Found myself waiting for the next GP than AMA a few times not going to lie! . Atleast for the last 3 years. This year appears to be another cant miss. Just wish the TV times were better. I set my DVR for “motocross” thinking it the GP. Just to see it freestyle junk..... major disappointment!
