Took some injuries, and some guys not riding right now. Dominate is the wrong word, I see it as gp guys having a chance.

I guess if you keep saying enough, eventually it could be true.

if only we could get the top ten from each series to race in maybe a 4 or 6 round series like 2 or 3 races in the states and 2 or 3 races in europe and see whats really up! but that's not gonna happen so the debate will continue

This is why we need a 3 race series.
The top 15 GP guys vs the top15 AMA guys in each class.
Leave 5 seeded spots open for past champs of either series (ones that are either out due to injury etc.) so it comes out to 20 riders in each class.

Take all the GP tracks and all the AMA tracks and put then in a hat and pick 3 out. Smile

They need to brush there teeth first before they can dominate and a good shower would help to!!!

Give the kid a break, just because some of the GP fans are sorta jerks, doesn't mean you have to bash a kid who came all the way over here to give American motocross a try,I think it is pretty cool when these guys come over.
He finished both motos and even with a very bad start in moto2 ,he still manged to pull off a top 10 over all for the day in the big bike class.

Maybe 250 class riders in US would dominate GP-MX2 in similar manner...

He's welcome here any time! Great ride, especially for the first time. It was his first time, right?

Lets face it, the top 5 or 6 riders have a chance of podium in both series. Wouldn't it be awesome to see them all race together.

Cut the US nationals and GP's short by a month and throw in a 3 race series before mxdn. This would be a great money spinner for both the ama and youthstream and wouldn't it be great for the fans!

I would call it more like opportunistic they wouldn't dominate but may nab a win or two but they simply wouldn't be consistent over here especially if they've never raced here.....with teh biggest names in the sport out right now of course they have a chance now but if you want to prove your theory tell em to come over for the start of the 2010 outdoors when all are healthy and we'll see if you're theory holds water

I like the idea but I don't believe it will ever happen. The series would need to be two or four races so we could have an equal number on US and Euro turf.

IMHO there are lots people here in the US that have no interest in a match up between the US and GP riders. Especially if some of those races are held overseas.
