I have a radiator on my rmz that's pretty tweaked @although it's not leaking (yet). I'm wondering what experiences all of you have with GPI rads off of ebay. I am planning on reinforcing them a bit also. Going to do that part myself.

I have them on 11 RMZ450 as well and have about 60 hours on them. No issues.

The one fitment issue is the left side radiator -- on the stock unit the bottom is curved and the radiator louver is curved underneath to match. Not so on the GPI or any of the cheapo aftermarket --- you will need to trim that side louver to fit.

The ones I got for my 09 KTM 250SX fit pretty bad. I got them to work, but wasn't impressed honestly.

Have you considered having someone fix your bent one? Myler does good work.

I have them on my '85 Honda CR250R. 6 Months' + and still going strong. Fit was pretty good. The right side was a little close to the pipe (DG). Modified the mounting holes a bit with a dremel, all good.

I just bought a pair for an 04 YZ 125 that I picked up and they fit OK. Not perfect by any means, but they fit. The worst fitment issue with mine is the right side, the bottom pipe coming out of the rad has a little too much angle on it for the hose to fit the way I would like and the way the OEM one fits. It has a slight kink in it but nothing that will stop flow.

Mine bolted up fine, but the overflow tube needed to be bent down a little and it's coming close to being pinched. They didn't weld the radiator cap bung directly over the hole, so it's kind of a half-moon access hole to fill the radiator. I could grind it, but didn't want to risk any material making it into the cooling system, so I live with it. They're also pretty soft, but I have some works connection braces that keep them straight in minor tipovers. I bought the kit with the hoses and everything has worked great, no leaks and cooling seems improved. The bike would boil over a few times a year with the stockers and it hasn't boiled these in the 12mo or so since I've installed them. Quality is nowhere near OEM, but overall I think they're a good value and I'd buy them again.

Chinese radiators are not the best. If I were you, I'd spend $150 and buy the radiators that were on Milsaps bike

Stock/straight radiators that have been welded/ braced. He has some other nice parts, if you're in the market for anything.

Had a set on my KTM 200 and they were the worst pieces of shit ever. Fit like crap, finish
work was pre-school at best and both sides broke. Fugging garbage.

Got a set of Myler's radiators and they seem to be doing fine. Plus, they are actual people you can talk to and they
stand behind their product.

But I've also been keeping an eye out on ebay and have managed to get another set of
OEM radiators in great shape for cheap. That of course took some time so you can't be just guaranteed to get them before next weekend's race or whatever, which is why I did it ahead of time.

If I was you, I'd look for OEM on ebay and if needed, send it to Myler's or another good shop for repair/bracing, etc.

Fit wasn't perfect (as they are oversized) but not too bad.
Haven't had any issues with them, and have dropped the bike a few times.
They are Chinese, so quality can generally be hit and miss, but saying that quite a few people have had no major issues with them.

I've ordered 2 sets from them. Both fit perfectly, came shipped within like 3 days and never failed.

Having said that, I'd buy the ones that Langham linked to that are already welded and braced, that's a hell of a deal.

I've had a set for over 2 years and they've been great except the mounting brackets weld just recently cracked. The problem is that they are pulse welded which leads to a weaker weld and more susceptible to cracking. I just had it rewelded though and they're good to go.

Bought some for a CR250 as a place holder while waiting the 4-6 weeks for GMX to make a set. The lower spigot on the left hand rad fouled the frame so we had to tweak that to get it to fit. Filled the system and the right hand rad leaked. Then getting a refund out of them was a nightmare. Maybe I got the one duff set although I'll certainly never bother with them again.

I used a set on my 14 Husaberg TE250 and they fit quite well and the radiator braces fit right up. I just got a new 250FX and the radiators were tweaked enough to where the bullet proof braces wouldn't fit. I purchased the GPI radiators again based on the good performance of the last set i purchased. This set looks even better and the braces, again, fit perfectly. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I was also impressed with the shipping time. Ordered them Thursday last week and received them yesterday.

Not sure if you have a 250 or 450, but they are both available

Had a set on a 13 KX450, no issues. Tried a set on a 15 CRF450, absolute garbage fit.

I run a set on the sidecar, it takes standard KX500 rads so I bought the over size to help with cooling, they are great now they are fitted and into season number 3.... The initial fitting however was at least 4-5 hours of try, tweak, try again, re tweak etc.

I have a set I'll sell you cheap. Been sitting on the shelf since I sold the RMZ and got a CRF. Left one minor tweak, right one new, no leaks, and fit good. Way better than stock.

I've used 2 sets... One fit fine (CRF250) the other for an RMZ250 had a small problem with the vent hose location on the rad cap. The vent hose tube would hit the tripple clamps when all the way turned.

I think they are a great deal for the price. And if you have someone that can weld al small adjustments are easy to do...
. I just bought a TIG welder and need to learn to weld AL. If I can figure that out I'd buy these and modify them. Ad volume to one side at the bottom and cross bracing. Currently running Devol braces on both sets and the work well.

GPI racing or all other aluminium cheap radiators from ebay/amazon.... These are shit radiators, they leak from the moment when they are installed. No reply when contacting them. They are not made the same as oem considering flow, pressure, and cooling requirements. Cut them open and you see the difference in build quality.

I've had 3 different sets on 05 ands 13 CRFs and a 10 RMZ and they all worked just fine. No leaks, decent fit, no cooling issues. 100+ hours on all 3 of the bikes. Yes, they are cheap Chinese made, but they worked well and I ran them in NorCal with raceday temps of well over 100 degrees F. I'll buy them again.
