Nine weeks ago I had a surgical procedure to fuse my left big toe and second toe. Pins, screws and a plate. Progressing well, and able to ride my trials bike. But I hadn't anticipated the trouble I would have getting my foot into a boot....any boot. Now I'm concerned. I can't even come close to getting my foot into my SIDI motocross boots. I only have mild swelling so that's not really the issue, it's the inability to bend the two toes. Since they're fused they're not going to bend. Was able to cut my leather SIDI trials boots and get my foot in, but don't think this would be a good idea for moto boots. Anyone have toe fusion? If so what was your experience? Thanks

no seriously, I have jacked up toes, and I went a size up on SG-12's and they fit around these monstrosities.
