I just want to personally thank each and every one of you who helped out, we far surpassed our goal! I wanted to send every person a thank you, but the paypal receipt email does not show a "reply to" email. Anyway, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Look at how long this list is (i think i saved every one of them) its pretty mind boggling and i thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

I doubt you will see me doing any burnouts but get this, the van has flowmaster exhaust and i hate it! My brother and dad think i am off my rocker, but i dont need my van sounding like a muscle car, those things have got to go.

Whew, glad you guys can relate, i thought maybe i would get another grilling like from my brother and dad LOL Right at around 30-45mph, just before it shifts to the next gear, the tone of the exhaust annoys the fuck out of me.

So what do i do? Just tell the muffler dude i want normal shit? Will it affect my gas mileage?

Not sure what the layout is on your system but getting a resonator/cherry bomb/hot dog muffler in after the headers and before the 1st muffler takes out a lot of that annoying drone. If I have the room, my preference is for a resonator after the headers, a straight through centre in/offset out muffler with central resonance chamber and no baffling, then another after the diff with the centre out and a dump pipe. Good flow, a nice sound, not too loud. And no frigging drone. Learnt a lot about car exhausts playing with ported rotaries which like a 2 stroke are very particular to exhaust mods, hot 4's and a few V8's.

Exhaust drone is extremely annoying. They can just usually cut out current muffler and add in a standard quieter one. It shouldn't effect mileage at all if anything it may get better slightly................
