Never met a Kawi I didn’t love (though the early ‘80’s rear fender/number plate models pushed it).

It was originally know as Kawasaki Syndrome. At least that's what the doctors told me.
I am an extremely lucky fellow who survived this as a young kid. I say am very lucky because the hospital had only ever seen one case of Kawasaki before mine and that child didn't make it.. It was only because of the first case that they recognized my symptoms early enough to save my life. I spent over a month in the ICU and was told my heart was damaged due to the inflammation. Needless to say I am thankful to be alive today.
