I beg to differ on the Slater Skins. Great idea with grade school designed graphics.

This. I don't think they're nearly as ugly as everyone says. I might tone down the number plate a bit, but other than that I'm pretty much good with the design.

Edit: that being said, I'd be shocked if it were to ever turn a profit. Really the only market is a pro team, who probably have plastic/grpahics sponsors that would punch a set out in no time if they were asked.

They seem nice.
If that doesn't make you laugh while reading this thread, nothing will Laughing

Regarding Slater Skins, many of us wouldn't know a damn thing about Blue Buffalo without Slater Skins and their billboard marketing. They could be improved on, but the advertising works.

Thank you for the most generic/cliche PR letter ever made. I'm pretty sure every company releases the same statement when someone associated with them fucks up...
See, now that's where you're wrong. For reference, look back to Washougal 2013.

Kudos to BB for issuing a statement.

Now if we could get the same from the security company for the actions of it's employee(s)....

X2. I have a suspicion there was a hell of a lot more baiting there than we are reading here. Easy to draw or bait someone in and point them out in today's culture (Lenny is an expert at that on Vital). That has become entertainment for some. Lame.

Ugly or not..., every time I see those Slater Skins on a bike I often see what's on them, they do work. Stands out. And thank you Blue Buffalo for supporting our sport, and because of this my family buys your product!

Dear BOBPa,

We are so glad you are 1 of our valued customers. Thank you for being an athletic supporter of motorcross and the annual dog show of Westminster by entering your wiener dog hybrid.
Now please stop asking for free coupons, we haven't made any money off you since you became a customer but hey you do help in our marketing.
Carry on,

Funny thing about the exposure side... watching the Vegas arenacross, the announcers mentioned them... said they didn't know what "blue" was but you could see it on the front of the bike.
