Besides Craig, Friese was the only other guy to lead some laps at A1. Pretty fuggin good I'd say.

Vince is a legit nice guy. It was awesome to see him drop down and show the boys what real racing is supposed to be like

It’s unreal how well he just shoots out of the gate. He’s going to be the best part of the west series.

He gets starts, always has. Then fades. He rides like he has no endurance after a few laps. Heat race was that way and so was the main.

Mental fade.. Not physical.

Which both of those are coming. Sooner rather than later I suspect.

I’m betting Craig catches back up and returns the favor

He stands a better chance against the young'uns than Weston.

^^^^^and still getting paid to race, seems like he is doing pretty well and only a few get to do.

I dig it. I hope he can work on whatever to keep the pace all race long.

Or he’s just a very good starter and not quite as fast as the top 3-5 guys…

Vince put in a good solid race last night. I like seeing the vet guys do good. I think jumping down to the 250 class was a good move as well. Some times that can revive a guy , boost confidence and get better results. He looked good out there.

I'm pretty sure he has spent his entire career getting paid to race by one guy, Mike Genova. Who has said in the past that Vince will have a ride for as long as he wants to race. Never have heard the backstory to that relationship but it's obvious Genova is cool with the antics and reputation of Vince through the years.

He makes the racing action better, that's for sure. I also think he makes the younger riders better with him in the class. Good for Vince.

He must have a copy of his search history or something

He finished 5th ,not like he went back to 15 th or something, plus his lap times were very good

I love how the guys need to really think about how they pass the guy. Will be good for them.

You can see Craig trying to figure him out, looking behind at Hammaker catching him. Getting a bit flustered.

Starting at the bottom there's not much room for you to fall.

So if the championship contenders become Christian and Hunter. Do Honda pay friese to road block Christian at every opportunity and let hunter by?
