To grease your suspension linkage bearings and head bearing. Your bike will love you for it.

If you don't replace tires all that often. Wheel bearings too.

I agree with Race Sag too. As I have become more aware of my lap times at my local track, I have noticed air pressure and race sag play a very important part. Comfort and handling. Its something I check now before riding.

I just brought it up because it's time for my bi-annual frame up. Clean, inspect and replace.

What else to check? Valves (power valves), exhaust packing and gaskets. Suspension; new oil and check seals recharge nitrogen. For me I am also rebuilding the suspension on my 04. The piston bands have worn.
