I just wanted to post my gratitude towards Fox in helping me resolve an order issue.
A few weeks ago, I placed an order to Fox for the new V3 RS helmet.
Without going into too much details of what transpired, I was left helmet-less.
But a huge thanks to their customer service department, they were able to get my order taken care of, and yesterday I opened my first Fox helmet(long time Bell customer), and will be buying another in the near future.
I have never done a review before, but for the help they provided, I felt it was warranted.

I am sure most people on here wouldn't try to exploit Fox by using my experience, but I don't want it to be an option.
It's enough to know they did you a solid and you felt sufficiently grateful to give them the attaboy. Sure, you could be trolling, but I don't think Fox needs to play those games.
