You hit on a key word there, 'Fans".

Some guys here are current or former racers at all levels, and I can tell you they do not enjoy being on the receiving end of aggressive riding. It's part of the sport but being hurt while getting taken out is not pleasant or cool.

Show me one rider who was injured in a block pass that thinks they are "soft" for not enjoying it.

I have a couple broken bones and two dislocated shoulders just from getting taken out by aggressive contact over 39 years of racing, and its not very much fun to deal with the pain and stiff joints every day.

So maybe fans or riders who have never dealt with it can afford the luxury to criticize others of being "soft, but racers who get injured from needless aggressive riding it look at it differently.

Maybe, but it doesn't help that Forkner is out and Sexton moved up. The 250 class could have been a bit deeper had both those things not happened.

I'm rooting for Martin

Ferrandis is an ASS

Bottom line when he steps to the big bike, he like Barcia will learn the hard way the that you cant be an ASS on the track

There's a major difference in going for a pass and intentionally taking someone out.

Ferrandis on Martin was a pass that did not work out he was trying to beat Martin to a line plain and simple.

What about Osbourne on savatgy?

Man, that was for a title. I would have cleaned him out to win it too.
