Hey all!
Yesterday I upgraded from a 2009 KX250F to a 2015 KX250F, I became well adjusted to the carb bike after riding it for 2 years but now I'm the proud owner of a Dual Injected bike.
My question is does anyone have any tips regarding key maintenance to keep her running tip top? I'm a complete noob to EFI. Also is there anywhere I can find an exploded diagram of the fuel system? I cant find anything in the owners manual for it! Thanks

The EFI systems on dirt bikes are barely better than 1980’s technology....they are about as caveman as it gets.
I always hear horror stories about the complexity of EFI bikes, so I suppose it's all just MX mythology?
Stop trying to check your petcock.

You’ll need to remove a fuel fitting and electrical plug to take off fuel tank, too.
Just ride the bike, do not let these “troubles” even enter your mind. Congrats on the new scooter.
No carb spring to have to pull, so to some the throttle is very light & they tend to snap it open, I did just that a few times in the whoops! got used to it after a few rides.
I'm not saying that you'll have a problem, just be aware that it can happen on the first rides.
