Went to a friend's farm to ride with him. He races harescrambles so we rode some single track. I had the suspension setup for MX so it was pretty harsh and was deflecting off every rock and root I hit. The power wasn't an issue obviously. I stalled it three times in the tight stuff. Haha. Overall it is an awesome bike. Can't wait to get it on an MX track.

Glad to hear you like it, if its your first ride, the bike will feel stiff, especially on trails! Enjoy

I've got a new 2016 kx 450f as well.. Weather has been crap so I've only been able to take it around the block. Sad Sure looks nice, though. :p

Going on two weeks since I bought it and have only ridden it once. I was starting to not want to get it dirty.

Rode mine last weekend for the first time. Much lighter and thinner than my 11'.
Stiff but definitely turned better also'. Can't wait to get things dialed in.
Weather finally broke for us here in MI. Looking forward to getting some more time on it.

In the tight stuff I had no problems with turning. It did great! Where I don't ride those conditions often and where I haven't ridden in almost a year, it's hard to make any judgement on the suspension.

Went from a 15 kx250f to the '16 kx450f. To my surprise, It does not really feel any heavier than the 250, neither off the track nor on the track.
Took a while to get adjusted to the power but now i really like it. I added about 15cc of oil to the left fork leg to help with bottoming resistance. Other than that i run all stock settings. Suspension feels very good front and rear, cornering feels better than my 250, while the straight- line stability is as good.

It pops a bit while decelerating. I run the white (agressive) coupler, but it pops less with the black (soft) coupler.
