This is my first ever ride on a bike when I was about 7 in 1973. It was at the Mini Bike Motorway in Adelaide. You hired the bike, an industrial engined mini, the helmet, got 5 minutes run down on how to ride and rode around the course set up in the Showgrounds. Absolutely hooked after that. I don’t think they’d get away with it these days.

That Aspes is one of my most favourite bikes! Does it have the Glitter paintwork? What year is it? Loving that!

Nice to hear you know and love the brand, one of the tens existing in Italy at that time! Mine was a 1976, light blue with no glitter and was street legal at that time, so incredibly slow!
