It's to make it easier to push back to your truck after it grenades itself.
Honestly i would not buy a ktm, the price is 2k more than other brands here, i don’t like steel frame and for my riding buddies experiences on their sx125’s.
Only one guy has 100 hours on his sxf 250 (2018) and has only done the piston, not even the clutch. Makes me WOW.

This thread does remind me of Cambridge MX in MN ( in the early 2000’s) there was absolutely no pit riding so when you came off the track you had to push your bike back to the pit..omg that sucked!
They are also easier to push up the podium.
Specially engineered for the JAP bikes. They used the YZ450 as the benchmark.

which translates to "D**khead pushing the bike". Sadly it was more usable in the early 2000's.
Btw, the least dependable four-strokes I've -ever- had were the 1st generation Honda 450s with the disintegrating valve train.

While you are swallowed by the papers - your buddy can use the crane above to fish the remains of your "former" toy and he will even keep his yeezys clean (dabbing with sucessfull catch is optionable).
Kinda off topic but some broken toys and deliberately left out Ping's bike.....
