That was impressive for a rookie. Injury or not

Barcia-esque aggression (if not more) plus raw speed. If that dude gets his confidence rolling, it's going to be an interesting season.

Dude was on the gas. I think he would have passed Zach the last lap even if Zach didn’t go down.

He wins a race this season-just a matter of time. Changing of the guard coming and Ferrandis is leading that change.

He was so far back in the start aswell. I watched him. not far from last going in the first turn. He caught osbourne and was going to pass him before osbourne crashed. Was he the fastest rider on the track? I think so. Incredible

He was the fastest rider in the second half of the main. Basically after he got around mookie he took off. Got Brayton and then went after Osborne. Impressive race. I guess we'll have a two digit number of title contenders this year...

I said it awhile back that he's there for one thing and that's to win.

Pumped to see him on the podium.

Vas-y Dylan, continue comme ça!

Maybe DV12 does know how to coach to get the best out of Dylan🤷‍♂️

Pity more retired guys are not involved with current riders, add Wey to this and it just shows what Dan be achieved 👍

2 points out of the red plate right now.

Edit: 1 point after Roczen's penalty

I really like the guy!
He has a somewhat "rock'n roll vibe" that's been missing for a while in our very corporate age, and it's so obvious he's enjoying himself it's a pleasure to watch.
Woohoo

He was on it big time. Ken and Webb were right behind him early on and got dropped a fair bit.

He got out of shape in the whoops so many times, but never backed off! That was cool to watch.

That section before the finish line must have been really cupped out. I saw several get out of shape there. KR94 is usually on rails through the whoops and even he was getting out of shape there. Fortner was another one.

He had Osborne no problem and was clearly catching the champ....yeah maybe Eli was cruising but that guy is so impressive and obviously hungry!!!

I wish they would have spent a little more time on him vs Web in the broadcast...RC kept trying.

Fastest guy last night coming from back and passing people. He was getting closer to Osborne and Tomac even before Osborne went down. Ferrandis got rutted track corner speed and whoops dialed. Second in points now.
Lets see how they got their setup working when tracks coming slick and without ruts. Those tracks were biggest problem for Yamaha team(450) last year.

I just knew DF was going to be a contender, if he gets near ET its game over. Im betting on top 3 at end of season.
Now for gods sake go work on your engrish!

Very impressive for a rookie- podium during his second 450 main.... Dylan has a good head on his shoulders... fast and keeps it on two wheels.....

I just hope he knows better than to go all hyper-aggro like he was prone to do on the 250’s. It might make him less than popular.

Scared the crap out of me a few times in the whoops but yeah, definitely wasn't expecting him to be this good this early on. I was expecting flashes of speed in practice but he's been off the bike for a while. Compare him to Webb who apparently also took some time off right before the season, Ferrandis looks like he never missed a day.

Pulp needs to get DV back in the show to talk about the offseason and how Dylan got up to speed so quickly.

I think he's been the fastest guy out there from the gate drop of round 1. His starts have just sucked. The first time he gets a good start, the dude is gonna be gone. Impressive.

I guess the Star guys really do build superior bikes. They certainly don't seem to be holding back Mookie or DF. Even AP is looking much better.

So pumped for Dylan to look so good so soon and to get up on the podium. He’s clearly got the speed. Wins are inevitable this season and he has a real shot at contending for the title IMO.
