Hold your horses. It is only first race. Will he be chasing podiums? Probably not but he can be solid top-10 guy for sure. On the other hand... Is there any other rider you could hire on his place that isn't under contract in MXGP or some other bloated EMX series?

He hasn't really raced since injuring himself at the first round of the Australian supercross. I'd imagine it will take him a couple of races to get into it. Sadly he only has a couple races contracted with the team.

Shit happened in the races but his lap time was easy top ten speed so give him another race or two and we'll see....
